Eitherios provides personalised styling services, including but not limited to moodboards, styleboards, wardrobe guidance, occasion styling, editorial styling, styling consultations, and curated recommendations as outlined within each selected package. Services are tailored according to the package purchased and the information provided by the client.
Eitherios uses a personalised styling process to curate recommendations for each client. Moodboards represent style direction, aesthetic inspiration, and creative alignment based on the client's preferences and needs. Styleboards contain curated outfit recommendations and product suggestions tailored to the client. All recommendations are personalised according to the information shared during consultation, communication, or onboarding.
To ensure the best possible styling experience, clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including but not limited to:
Eitherios shall not be held responsible for unsuitable recommendations resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the client.
Eitherios provides styling recommendations and curated visual representations of products for inspiration and styling purposes. While shoppable links may be included, Eitherios is not responsible for the quality, fit, sizing, availability, pricing, delivery timelines, shipping, returns, exchanges, condition, or performance of products purchased through third-party retailers, brands, or marketplaces.
Eitherios' responsibility is limited to styling direction, outfit curation, visual recommendations, and creative services provided within the selected package. Any purchase decisions made by the client are solely at their own discretion and responsibility.
Products featured within styleboards are subject to availability and may sell out, change in price, be discontinued, or become unavailable without notice. Eitherios cannot guarantee stock availability at the time of purchase. Where possible, suitable alternatives may be suggested.
Styling is inherently subjective and personal. Recommendations are curated according to the client's preferences, goals, lifestyle, and information provided. While Eitherios strives to create personalised recommendations aligned with the client's needs, final purchasing, styling, and outfit decisions remain entirely at the client's discretion.
Any revisions included within a service shall be limited to the amount specified under the purchased package. Minor revisions may include adjustments to styling recommendations or outfit selections within reasonable scope. Any included revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery unless otherwise agreed. After this period, the service shall be considered completed.
Services are confirmed only upon successful payment. Eitherios reserves the right to decline, postpone, or cancel bookings where payment has not been received within the agreed timeframe. All pricing is subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will remain unaffected.
Due to the personalised and creative nature of styling services, completed services are non-refundable. Once styling work has commenced, refunds may not be issued, whether partially or fully. Clients wishing to cancel consultations or styling services must do so within 24hrs and reasonable notice.
Video consultations may be rescheduled with prior notice. (one free reschedulement) Missed appointments or no-shows without prior communication may be considered forfeited and may not be eligible for rescheduling without extra charges.
Wardrobe edits, capsule wardrobe recommendations, and styling suggestions are intended as professional creative guidance and recommendations only. Final purchasing, decluttering, wardrobe decisions, and implementation remain the responsibility of the client.
For editorial, campaign, or creative styling services, Eitherios is responsible solely for styling direction, outfit curation, and creative execution within the agreed scope. Eitherios shall not be liable for delays, damages, cancellations, or issues caused by third-party vendors, production teams, photographers, brands, venues, shipping delays, garment suppliers, or external collaborators.
All moodboards, styleboards, styling documents, concepts, and creative deliverables produced by Eitherios remain the intellectual property of Eitherios unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Materials are for personal use and may not be redistributed, reproduced, resold, or commercially reused without permission.
Third party product images, trademarks, logos, and brand assets remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for styling and illustrative purposes. Eitherios does not claim ownership of any third party intellectual property and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially associated with any featured brand unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Eitherios may request permission to share selected styling work, anonymised deliverables, testimonials, or styling outcomes for portfolio, website, or promotional purposes. No personal information or identifiable material shall be shared without consent.
Eitherios reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate a service where communication becomes inappropriate, abusive, dishonest, or falls outside the agreed scope of service.
Eitherios shall not be held liable for delays or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, emergencies, technical failures, internet disruption, platform outages, or unforeseen events.
Estimated delivery timelines for styling services will be communicated at the time of booking and may vary depending on package scope, workload, revisions, and client responsiveness. Delays caused by incomplete client information, delayed responses, or revision requests may affect delivery timelines.
Eitherios reserves the right to adjust timelines where reasonably necessary and will communicate any significant delays. Clients are expected to respond to required communication, questionnaires, or consultation scheduling within a reasonable timeframe. Eitherios reserves the right to close inactive projects after an extended period of inactivity.
By purchasing or booking a service with Eitherios, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
