Depending on availability and service scope, personal shopping or in-person styling may be offered as an upgraded or additional service.

You may be asked to share your preferences, sizing, wardrobe concerns, inspiration, lifestyle needs, or event details so styling can be tailored to you.

Due to the personalised nature of styling services, completed services are non-refundable. Once styling work has commenced, refunds may not be issued, whether partially or fully. Clients wishing to cancel consultations or styling services must do so within 24hrs and reasonable notice.
